Now wearing: Black jeans, white socks, multicolored sneakers (or crosstrainers or running shoes or something), long-sleeved medium-weight shirt with a vaguely botanical pattern in mostly neutral colors, very old pair of glasses, and boring underwear.
Now reading: Aside from assorted online things, Mercedes Lackey's
Exile's Valor. The Valdemar books seem to be exactly what I've needed this past month: well-written enough that I can immerse myself in the world, with characters I enjoy spending time with, but not something that will strain my brain. Since I've been trying to live on a different sleep schedule, that last bit is important.
Migraine: The pain's almost entirely gone for now.
Miles walked: About 3.5, according to the
pedometer. Left the house about half an hour before sunset, which was still early enough to enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Weather prognosticators say we'll be having winter soon, but I'll believe that when I see it.
Last meal: Well, I haven't really eaten a full supper yet. After gettng home, I munched on some walnuts, dried apricots, and dark chocolate chips.
Today's purchases: The aforementioned foods, along with a few other things that happened to be on sale (yogurt, avocado, other stuff I've forgotten).
