People who intentionally remove pages from library books should be declared traitors or terrorists or somesuch thing. They should be punished to the fullest extent of the law--any law--every law. Such people have no right to continue existence in a society which claims to be civilized.

It's so nice to see people who think that they're entitled to deface library books for their own purposes, as if they weren't shared resources.
