Does anyone know where to find nutritional information about beef hearts? There are plenty of places with info about products containing beef hearts, but I was wondering about the meat itself.

I'm afraid that wouldn't have been appreciated in the lab. And I absolutely refuse to think about the difficulties in getting shark liver oil out of wool. Ew!
