Does anyone know where to find nutritional information about beef hearts? There are plenty of places with info about products containing beef hearts, but I was wondering about the meat itself.

I don't know about nutritional info, but I can attest that back when I was an impoverished student, a beef heart was a huge treat!

It is! I've been craving red meat a lot lately, and it's great to be able to go to the store to buy a few servings of beef heart for under a dollar.
