Wow.
Didn't get eight hours of sleep last night, yet I did get more than seven. It's amazing how much better I feel after a few nights of more than five hours of sleep, even if I am both fluish and anxious still.
Must get in the habit of drinking more herbal and decaffeinated teas. Not that I think my tea habit contributed so much to my insomnia of recent months, but I'm sure it didn't help.
Sleep is good. Want more, please.

maybe should try to get on regular sleep schedule, but maybe you need nap too...
hmm.. so would these labels be like pop-up video? you press your nose and a little quote bubble (er, what do they call those things anyway? ) pops over your head?
