Wow.
Didn't get eight hours of sleep last night, yet I did get more than seven. It's amazing how much better I feel after a few nights of more than five hours of sleep, even if I am both fluish and anxious still.
Must get in the habit of drinking more herbal and decaffeinated teas. Not that I think my tea habit contributed so much to my insomnia of recent months, but I'm sure it didn't help.
Sleep is good. Want more, please.
