Hummingwolf Today

Now sitting: in a chair at lyssabard and tlttlotd's place.

Last meal eaten: Yummy pasta & pasta sauce with lots of cheese. Am now thinking about eating some of that apple pie tlttlotd mentioned a few minutes ago.

Now wearing: white socks, dark blue shorts, plain light blue blouse, glasses, pinkish ponytail holder, boring underwear. Much of what I'm wearing is wet, since what usually happens when you eat pasta happened and my blouse required a bit of cleaning.

Miles walked today: Less than one. In weather like this, believe you me I will not be walking much.

Now reading: Aside from the usual LJs, I've been reading bits of The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.

Today's major activities: Reading, napping, and generally enjoying the heck out of the air conditioning. Many thanks to my kind friends for letting me stay here a while! Here's hoping Lyssa's headache goes away soon.

Not focusing all that well right now. Been getting too little sleep lately due to the heat, so once I got into a more comfortable place, my eyelids decided they didn't want to stay open anymore and isn't this a good time to go to sleep? Isn't it bedtime yet? Please? Too bad there's another part of me that wants to enjoy being awake in the coolth. Ah yes, these internal battles can be so entertaining. Maybe what it's time for now is pie. Mmm... pie.
