For some reason, I've been incredibly hungry this week, eating substantially more than my usual amount of food. Could be psychological, related to getting food stamps back, I suppose--but it definitely feels physical. Well, I'm wearing one of my tighter pairs of jeans today with no problem, so maybe I do need extra calories right now. Weird.
Finally realized recently that it's really incredibly easy to change from one o' my customized color schemes to another in S2. As I've mentioned before, I get periodic color cravings, intense desires to look at specific colors or color combinations. So if you happen to visit my journal page some day and your eyes are assaulted by an orange/lime green/shocking pink combo, that'd be why. Today I've got a purple & white thing going, which conveniently matches one of my kaleidoscope icons.
So right after I made a bunch of S2 style sheets to fit my ever-changing moods and thought I was done playing with LiveJournal features for the time being, the lovely LJ folks introduced the tag feature. Well, tags look like an incredibly useful tool for communities and more bloglike LJers, but don't expect me to add tags to all my entries. I refuse to pretend my personal journal is Wikipedia. Who really needs to be able to see which of my posts deal with topics like "grocery shopping" and "bureaucrap" anyway?
Which isn't to say that I'm not playing with tags at all, mind you. Created several tags and went back through all my posts of 2005 to see which entries fit these brand-new arbitrary categories, but I'll probably delete some of the tags, rename others, and participate in heated internal debates with myself about what I can/do/should mean by others. Let's face it, though: in this journal, there's really only one useful tag.
