Still, I have one piece of amazing news: Yesterday, a phone system which had been "improved for your convenience" actually made things more convenient! This may be a first. It took just three phone calls to make a single appointment! Woohoo!
The preceding paragraph was not sarcasm. Pathetically enough, having a mere 3:1 phone calls to appointments ratio really did make my day.
