Festoon the impecunious lightning with delight!
Had a delightful day yesterday with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
daisydumont, danalog, two humans without LiveJournals (Gerry and Ted), and Zack, the dog in cat disguise. It was wonderful to sit around talking, watching videos, and eating pasta, sweet potato snacks, and ice cream containing the maximum amount of chocolate allowed by law. Thanks so much for inviting me, Ms. Daisy!
After getting home in the evening, I read a bit of some library books (due today). When I realized that I was having trouble keeping my eyes open, I decided to take a short nap that lasted over 10 hours. Hmm, it seems I'm still somewhat sleep-deprived.
(The title for this post came from the poetry magnets over atdaisydumont's house yesterday. I had nothing to do with it. In case you wondered, I am also not responsible for "caterwaul our trenchant platitudes.")
