My life would be so much easier if I knew what caused attacks of dizziness and/or blacking out. If they could be prevented--or at least predicted... well, things would be much easier.

Next time I say I will definitely do X, Y, or Z on a certain day, please feel free to laugh at me.

CB, could you by hypoclyceminc?

Or have blood pressure problems?

Or did the evil Whack A Mole Man bop you on the head?

Seriously, try to write down what you were doing or feeling before any incidents. Keep a food log.

If you had the money I would say doctor visit.

I've got blood pressure problems (on the low side with occasional huge drops), though I wouldn't be surprised if I tended to hypoglycemia as well. The drops in blood pressure seem to be pretty unpredictable--I've tried correlating them with the foods I eat and other factors, and while they're more likely when I'm dehydrated or exhausted (surprise surprise), they don't seem to be related to anything else.

Doctors never were helpful with this, even when I had money. Tried a couple different medications which sometimes stabilize blood pressure, but they didn't have a noticeable effect.

Sounds like you are in the ballpark with the reasons behind the dizzy stuff. Just be vigilant about the precursors and perhpas you can head it off at the pass.
