My life would be so much easier if I knew what caused attacks of dizziness and/or blacking out. If they could be prevented--or at least predicted... well, things would be much easier.

Next time I say I will definitely do X, Y, or Z on a certain day, please feel free to laugh at me.

I've generally got enough warning that I don't actually black out, as long as I'm someplace where I can lie down (or at least get my head below my knees) quickly. But yeah, low blood pressure that likes to drop on occasion. Not fun.
