I don't have a Facebook account.

If I ever get a Facebook account, I will not be linking it to my LJ in any way.

And I'm still not actually here--I've got about 9 minutes left on a library computer. So, um, hi!

All I know about the new LJ/FB thing I learned from the latest LJ news post, plus various people's fuming about it. Otherwise, I'm just as happy to stay ignorant of it all. :-)

thanks, that really breaks it down. but i had a flash as i read it -- my FB was originally created under my LJ pseudonym, so anyone adding me may (or may not) be aware of the pseud. homefolks could wonder about it without having any idea why that's my URL. darn good thing i locked up my lj while gerry was sick! hope no one links to FB from my posts, though, via comments.

I got a Facebook account a couple of years ago and now I can't get rid of it. I'm annoyed by the fact that random people can now find me and for some reason be interested in knowing where I am and what I'm doing.

I keep thinking maybe I could get a FB account to keep up with people who can't be bothered to use LJ, but mostly I'm thinking it's not worth it.
