Hee! It still amuses me that "Personal Jesus" was covered by both Marilyn Manson and Johnny Cash.

"Stripped" was on the album Black Celebration, which also featured WHFS favorites like "Fly on the Windscreen," "A Question of Lust" and "A Question of Time." That may have been right around the time you stopped listening to pop music, I'm not sure.

ok, yes, i bet you're right about timing. i tuned out in the latter '80s, for about a decade!
