New Year's Resolution

Resolution for 2009: I resolve to read all those books I bought for myself in 2008.

I restricted my resolution to books bought last year for a reason. Those older books on the shelf may need to wait a while longer. :-)

ALL the books? Either you have more self-control than I do, or you'll be very busy.

Seriously, it's a good resolution, and it may cut down on buying new books you won't read immediately.

Well, I have more free time than you do anyway, as well as less money! So I don't think I bought more books than I can finish in a year (I hope). Till this last year when I got the last of the SSI backpayments, I didn't have the spare cash for buying new books at all, so most of the older still-unread tomes on my shelves came from thrift stores or library book sales.
