Gahhhh
We had beautiful, beautiful weather today--or at least I think we did, though I never managed to go outside and experience it first-hand. The day started out relatively well, and I had fully intended to go for a walk, but I needed a little nap first. The nap was interrupted by a sudden burning sensation when I inhaled, followed by the realization that the odor in the air reminded me of overused kitty litter, followed by me rushing downstairs trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Apparently it was a housemate's idea of the best way of freshening the air in the house. I had some simple partial seizures (I think. In all honesty, I still have trouble telling the difference between minor seizures and brain fog from fibromyalgia. Not even sure there is a difference for me. It's all nasty and I want it to go away forever now please.) and a headache in the hours afterward, I'm sweating rather more than seems reasonable, and my chest & throat still hurt.
Aromatherapy, apparently, is not my friend.
I hope my body calms down enough before bedtime for me to get enough sleep to (hopefully? please?) get out and do something tomorrow.

My sympathies on your roommate problems. Here's hoping things get much beetter for you guys soon.
I've got allergies to things like dust, tree pollen, ragweed, cats, dogs... the usual. Allergy shots back in the '90s helped lessen those allergies somewhat, though I can still have some difficulty during ragweed season & spring pollen season. This didn't feel like an allergic reaction so much as a direct attack on my body. Really, deeply unpleasant.

Hopefully he got rid of it now that he knows it made you sick?
