Weekend

Saturday: Woke up with a nasty migraine that lasted well into the afternoon. Took my first dose of new medication (I prefer to start new drugs when other people are around so there will be someone to call 911 if necessary. Hey, you never know). After an hour, decided I wasn't likely to fall down dead any time soon, so I went to sleep for another hour. Woke up with very little headache left, which was cause for much rejoicing. I even had the chance to get out of the house and hang out with folks. About the evening, all I have to say is: All hail Accordia!

Sunday: Rested, spending most of the day reading or sleeping. It was good.

Monday: I remember that I walked about three miles during the day, but don't remember much else. Probably ran errands, did laundry, that sort of thing.

Oh not good. Migraines are the worse. Glad you are better.

Yeah, migraines have been a major problem for me for almost two decades now. Hopefully treatment will help with that.

I hate starting any new medication. It always scares me.

Yeah. I've known too many people who had to be dragged to the ER after their first dose of a new medication to be entirely comfortable with it. If something's going to go wrong, I want to know that somebody will be around to alert the paramedics!
