Still here, sort of

Haven't been updating much since what I thought was an allergic reaction to early high levels of tree pollen seems to be a combination of allergies and a cold. Between the coughing, sneezing, general congestion, maximum safe dosage of antihistamines, and cough syrup, I'm just not up to much conversation, either typed or spoken. Don't mind me, I'm just full of phlegm.

In other news, the local pond where a pair of Canada geese raised a little family last year now seems to be home to two pairs of geese. The pond's location is still a construction site, so I worry that it may not be the ideal place to raise a feathered family. The geese don't look unhappy about it, though, so maybe that's what matters.

My allergies are in overdrive, right now. I absolutely love spring but it would be better if I could breath :-) I hope that you are feeling better so that you can enjoy the beautiful blossoms and warm weather.

Yes, spring is a beautiful time of year when you don't spend it coughing and hacking and sneezing and wheezing! I hope I feel better soon--still not doing all that well today. Here's hoping you feel better soon, too!
