Now wearing: Black T-shirt with bright flowers on it, blue jeans, white socks, newest pair of glasses. The shirt is getting worn out, but I still love it and will miss it when it's gone.

Color of the day: Lilac. I don't know why. It just is.

Cat of the day: Egyptian mau.

Emotion of the day: I experimented with nearly all of them before deciding on a custom blend of cheerfulness and anxiety which could burst into tears any minute now.

Miles walked: Over three.

Miles Vorkosigan: Memory.

Surprise of the day: Efficient bureaucrats! One of them wished me an early happy birthday.

Last meal eaten: Jamaican style spicy beef turnover with mushed avocado on top, followed by some okra.

Album of the day: Iris' Awakening again.

TV shows watched: Smallville and Supernatural.

The mother of my cat Delilah, who is owned by my grandparents, and is named Missy, is an Egyptian Mau. :-D At least, I would bet money that she is since she fits the description, but she was a stray so she could be a mix of anything.

Anyway, Egyptian Maus are so cute! :-)
