Have you tried riboflavin for the migraines? There's some good data to suggest that it makes a huge difference in suffering, and the study has been widely duplicated. They used 400 mg once daily in all the studies, but you can only actually absorb about 27. Not sure what's up with that, but all the studies cited used that dose.I'm guessing you could find it at gnc-- I've been taking 2 b-complex vites a day for the past 2 weeks in an effort to get the dose. Problem is that large doses of other B's may not be so great... my search continues. Anyway, check out Cleveland Clinic's Neuro dept q&a site for more info. Looks like a pretty solid finding.
