I got a call back, and now have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Here's hoping nothing keeps me from being there at that time.

I thought the snowstorm pretty much shut down DC and the surrounding area.

Pfft. That may be true in parts of the area, but around here the main roads are all clear and most of the side roads aren't too bad either. The folks at the dentist's office did get in late today, though, which is why they didn't return my calls for a few hours. Temperatures went above freezing yesterday and are above freezing today, so there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to go places.
