One of those days (whinge)

So this turns out to be one of those days when I wonder why everything suddenly looks blurry and then I realize that I'm crying because of the pain. Oh, that'll do it. Some parts of my body feel strangely numb, but I suspect that's because they're surrounded by other body parts in enough pain that they only seem numb by comparison.

Ever feel like something has sucked everything out of your head creating a painful vacuum, while at the same time heating up the outside of your head so that it feels like your skull is going to melt? Yeah, that's one of the not-numb parts of my body, except for parts of my forehead which have very little feeling.

Will go out and do things today. Will probably not be happy about it.

Here's hoping I can get some rest tomorrow and then go out and do things again on Friday, preferably with less pain involved.

I know what you mean. I pay in the short term for being active with pain, but I pay in the long term with gaining weight and losing energy and muscle tone. Unfortunately I haven't figured out yet how to balance the two.
