I'm not sure that there will be a chance for *me* to demonstrate anything now. I think they just need to have someone looking at the evidence already presented again. Could be wrong--will call my lawyer tomorrow or Tuesday to find out more.

Since you can't earn a living and so far haven't been able to collect needed benefits from the government, how have you been surviving in the meantime?

For a while, I was getting some benefits (*small* amount of cash) from the state. Lost that late last year and haven't found a way to get that back yet, so I've been surviving on charity & gifts from friends.
