I had a dream a couple days ago in which no-one could buy or sell unless they had an government implant certifying them as being free of genetic modifications or unapproved mutations. This dream was undoubtedly the result of reading the latest installment in Left Behind Fridays and a bit of Darwin's Children before bedtime. But it got me wondering about an End Times scenario in which the Beast is some flavor of fundamentalist trying to get control over experimentation he doesn't like and an evolutionary process he doesn't believe in. In the end, only the freaks and weirdos will be saved!

I wanted to expand on this, but right now my mind has two left feet. Or something like that.

Speaking of dreams, virtually anyone who reads this journal has shown up in a dream in the last few nights. I wish y'all would wipe your feet before entering my mind, seriously. But it's good to know that even if I don't sleep soundly, I can at least sleep sociably.

I think most people on my flist were in some dream or other this weekend. You weren't all in the same dream, though there was one dream that was like a big party with lots of people hanging out & talking together. I'm pretty sure I saw you talking to

grrwoo, but I can't remember having the chance to chat with you myself!
