Today's featured salad

Although someone got me craving baby spinach leaves a couple days ago, I've got a pretty strong resistance to paying $11.98 per pound for a bunch of leaves. No baby spinaches for the hummingwolf. What I do have tonight is:
romaine lettuce
red grapes
half a peach, chopped
bleu cheese
walnuts
apple cider vinegar
olive oil

Something about this combination hits the spot tonight. My taste buds can't remember my death, but they're sure we're all in heaven now.

I'm tired, in pain, stressed out, with an assortment of worrisome symtoms and no money--but guys, tonight I've got a really good salad.

Hee! For me, the bleu cheese is an essential part of this salad. But I understand that I am an oddball. It doesn't matter to me whether you like it or not, just as long as there's enough bleu cheese left for me. :-)

It's actually been a long time since I ate any biscuits. Those sound good too!

my father used to keep limburger cheese in the fridge, we avoided opening the butter bin at all costs. (supposedly it was not ready to eat until it got up and walked on it's own)

I've heard about limburger cheese, but can't remember ever smelling any. There are really interesting stories about that cheese, though!
