::grumble::

What my body needs to understand is that when I attempt to get out of the house early in the day, it is in the body's best interests to cooperate. Waking up at six in the bloody AM is not a decision I make lightly.

Gahhhh. Maybe I should try waking up at 4 tomorrow morning, or avoid going to bed at all. Not that I need any more sleep-deprivation, but there is something that must be done (bureaucrap-related, naturally).

On the plus side, skipping this morning's activities makes it more likely that I'll be able to carry out my plans for the afternoon.

I do try to listen to my body. Would it kill the body to try listening to me for a change?

Heh. Yeah, I believe you do indeed.

it sucks when the mind-body interactions turn into boxing matches.
