Just found out that Martyn Bennett died in January at the age of 33. The worst part is that most of you have no idea who the little dreadlocked bagpiper/fiddler/electronica composer was.

Yeah. The Thistle & Shamrock was playing music of mothers & their kids today, and there was a track by Martyn with his mother Margaret. It was a bit of a shock to hear his death mentioned, even though I know I'd seen references to his illness before.
