Well, sometimes it can be difficult to remember both parts of that statement. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that if they care, they'll listen--and people, being their rather inconvenient selves, just don't fit into that theory all the time.

But if one can remember it, it's news as new as "Water Is Wet."
