And, so this post will have at least one bit of information which you cannot learn from anyone else: The infection my body has been fighting has revealed itself as an infection of the respiratory system. Bleah.

Also, bureaucracy is evil, but you didn't need me to tell you that.

I refuse to panic about the buyout as long as I have other things in life to panic about. Actually... I refuse to panic about the buyout. If the new owners try to mess up our LiveJournal neighborhood, they will be getting a huge collective kick in the a$$.

Not sure I'll be able to make hot & sour soup before this infection goes away (am feeling both better and worse today, which is mildly annoying), but it might be good to have the recipe if sending it my way isn't too much trouble?
