Of potential interest...
...for the next few days, anyway: Just created a syndicated account for
votefraud04rss, which gives you the feed for www.votefraud04.com, "The weblog that wants to disappear." The site is an offshoot of World magazine, a Christian conservative mag, but the blog itself may be of interest to people anywhere in the US political spectrum who are concerned about possible election fraud.
And now I need to go away and deal with bureaucracy again. Oh joy. I wish it were Halloween already--then I would have an excuse to go to their offices and say "Trick or treat!"

going to the bottom of the page where it says
"Add a feed to your friends list by entering the feed URL below."
and adding the URL of a syndicated feed. If the feed does not already have an LJ account, you'll be prompted for a name for the new account.
That's the easy part. The hard part is finding the URLs of interesting feeds you can create accounts for.

Then there's the fiasco-waiting-to-happen in Colorado — a ballot initiative that would turn the state from a winner-take-all to a proportional split of electoral college votes.
I've never read, in depth, how the electoral college was set up, but this sounds very interesting.
