It wasn't distressing so much as... well, it was distressing, a bit, come to think of it. Fortunately the anger that got me snarling also prompted me to do the thing that brought the sigh of relief. Unfortunately the anxiety-producing of my life don't seem to be going away any time soon.

Well. Let's see if I can make it through today without any major crises, shall we? :-)
