For the curious: Three people on my friends page posted lines of poetry at the appointed time. Here's the result:

When the ground goes soft I think of turtles
For God's sake hold your tongue, and let me love;
It was many and many a year ago, in a kingdom by the sea

In other news, I did not purchase an entire bag of Easter candy while I was out. I do feel an urge to go buy a bag of potato chips, though. Stupid cravings.
