Today's update

Not much to say--still very sleepy & a bit brain-fogged, still need to make doctor's appointments to deal with annoying symptoms that began last year, still having fun eating green leafy vegetables and nuts and too many Mint M&Ms, still walking quite a bit. Today's wandering around the neighborhood began slightly before sunset; but since I'd been sitting around headachy all day long, I felt the need to move my legs more than usual in spite of my dislike of walking alone after dark. Might've walked four miles total--and though I haven't mentioned it lately, the fact that I can walk four miles on some days without passing out or being reduced to a quivering ball of quiveriness still amazes me. After the years when walking one mile left me useless for the rest of the day, having the occasional day where four miles only leaves me mostly useless is something I do not take for granted.

Realized this morning that I haven't burst into tears once in 2004. Nearly gave in to an urge to become a sobbing puddle because of the headache earlier, but decided to close the blinds and indulge in the occasional whimper instead.

Too much to do that I haven't had a chance to get done. But that's par for the course.

Things seem to be progressing. Glad daily life does not reduce you to tears.

I too am on the leafy green kick.

Brussel sprouts yesterday, broc and butternut squash today.
