Faint stirrings of a holiday spirit

Well, I didn't think there were enough green pieces to do it, but somehow I managed: Today I made and decorated a little LEGO Christmas tree. Hmm... all my little LEGO people appear to be male. Yet if I'm creative, there may be a way to put pieces together for a Nativity scene anyway...

In other news, you'll have to look for other news elsewhere as today was yet another day I didn't leave the house. Not as much coughing as yesterday, so that's a plus.

There is a Lego store in Tyson's Corner mall. I don't intend to visit there again until the 23rd or 24th, but if I remember I'll see if they have female Lego people.

Oh, they certainly should have female Lego people. I know there are sets with generic Lego women as well as sets with folks like Princess Leia and Hermione Grainger. But somehow there are no female Lego people anywhere in my collection, which is a shame.
