I haven't been online since sometime before 2 p.m. yesterday, thanks to sheer bloody exhaustion. Took half an hour to get through my e-mails this morning; I hate to think how long it's going to take to go through LJ posts! (Just took Ritalin, maybe I need more caffeine before I tackle all this.)

Anyway, some of you know I've had new symptoms recently that I needed to call a doctor about. Well, doctor's been called, I've got a referral for some tests to find out if this is something serious or simply really annoying, so I'll call other doctor this morning to make an appointment. Yay? At least I'm up to making a few phone calls per day now, though I still react badly to a phone ringing.

Aside from "jeepers," my word of the day is "ow."

Oh, also, if all goes well, I should have my food stamp benefits back by later today, which pleases me even though my bedroom is still filled with enough canned and boxed goods to feed me till at least the end of the year. I've discovered a Thai Market near the doctor's office that accepts food stamps, so I see duck eggs and exotic vegetables in my future.


P.S. to hai_kah_uhk--CD arrived yesterday. Thank you! Haven't formed an opinion of it as a whole yet, but there are a few songs I really like already.
