On the plus side
Last night was my second night of a full 8-hours sleep this week.
I have enough tea--herbal, decaf Earl Grey, and several varieties of black, green, and oolong--to last for several cool autumn days without my having to go to the store.
Also, I have plenty of books to read if I can convince my brain to focus well enough that I don't entirely forget the previous sentence while I'm reading the next one.
It's a cloudy, cool, breezy day outside. Put on a sweater, open the window and invite the autumn in.

Wish I'd felt well enough this morning to get to a church. With all the anxiety lately, I feel like I need it. Hmm... one of the local churches has a Spanish-language service in the evenings, I think. If their translators are good enough, that might be worth going to...

I am still not down with Autumn until I can count on the temperature not hitting triple digits again until after February. But you go on, enjoy the Fall without me....
