hummingwolf: animation of green and gold fractal, number of iterations increasing with time (Iterations in green and gold)
Well, I was certainly very sleepy yesterday. I did walk three miles, though, and in spite of a headache I made it to one of the last farmers' markets of the season. This late in the season both vendors and customers are few, but I bought some Stayman apples, sampled some cheeses, and spent a long while inhaling the scents at Mystic Water Soap (discovering in the process that if I have a growing migraine, the Sea Salt soap is great aromatherapy. One of these days I'll have to buy that one instead of just sniffing it at the market).

After hanging out with various vendors a while, I started to feel tired and frozen enough to need to come home. So I came home, ate a tasty dinner (with apples!), thought about doing something vaguely interesting, and then realized that I could barely keep my eyes open. I went to bed at about eight-thirty p.m., woke up this morning a little before seven, took some migraine medication, nibbled at some breakfast, and needed another nap soon after. For the most part, today was not one of my better days.

Did feel better by late afternoon, though. I even got out of the house, though I walked less than a mile. More entertainingly, I helped a housemate review for a test--and given how much I seem to have forgotten of all those things I learned in school, said housemate probably should be grateful I didn't "help" him more.

Tonight's supper: Canned split pea soup (I need to start making my own again), rye toast (for the record, I'm pretty sure I'm not gluten intolerant (yay)), broccoli, and orange juice. That covers all the important food groups except chocolate, right?

Tonight's DVD: A true classic: Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Hard to believe it's been so long since I last watched this movie!

Tonight's migraine: Still here, but much less painful than it was this morning. Right now my sore throat is bothering me more. Here's hoping that tonight's sleep will be refreshing and healing!
