Have you heard? It's in the stars, next July we collide with Mars
Monday, June 5th, 2006 01:30 pmBecause I haven't looked at horoscopes in a while, I went to one of those free astrology sites with all the computerized personalized readings to see what tomorrow holds in store.
This sounds a lot better than what I was expecting for tomorrow, which was for me to sit around in the lobby of a bureaucracy as people alternate looking over the forms I've filled out with fiddling on the computer while I have nothing better to do than sit there wondering if they're able to make any more sense out of everything than I am. If there is anything stimulating going on at the bureaucracy tomorrow, it will be a nice change of pace.
Then again, the same site says that today I will be wanting to break out of my normal routine, which might be true except for the fact that I barely have enough energy to break out of a wet paper bag.
Maybe it would help if I had some lunch.
Your mind will be very stimulated today. You are fascinated by every new phenomenon that you encounter and eager for more. If you are relatively flexible, this need for excitement means that you may get bored more easily than usual. If you are not flexible, this could be a very nerve- wrecking day, full of little surprises and upsets that overtax your nerves. The plans you have made for the day may not work out at all, and the more you are counting on precisely one set of conditions to be fulfilled, the more upsetting this influence will be. Either way, the day's tempo will be brisk. Thoughts will flash through your head at such an amazing speed that it will be difficult to keep track of them. Perhaps you should keep a tape recorder handy in order to record your ideas before they disappear.
