While waiting for my brain to reboot, I got MegaHAL to write some poetry. Here are the first fifteen responses HAL gave this morning. Doesn't somebody out there want to perform this stuff at a poetry slam?

Note

Butterflies keep flying outside my window. When they rest on a leaf of the closest tree, they look an unassuming dull brown--but suddenly one will move--both take wing--and flashes of iridescent blue catch the eye.

Are they messengers? Is this pair trying to tell me something? I think I almost hear them now... "Go get some chocolate," they say. Yes, that is definitely what I'm hearing. Then again, perhaps I may be reading too much into things.
