As I've been fearing for so long, my wobbly bed fell apart at quarter after four this morning. Right now it's being propped up by paint cans so one side's only about 4 inches below the other. Hopefully it'll be possible to nail it back together later today. Too tired to respond to people I need to respond to. I think I'll try to get back to sleep in a few minutes. Hope you're all resting more peacefully than I am.

Of course I should have gone back to bed by now, but every time I look at the poor, leaning, sadly proppped-up frame, I have visions of myself rolling off the bed and onto the floor where I'd cry and gasp and inhale a huge dustbunny and die.
It'll be time to take my antibiotic shortly. After that, I'm not allowed to lie down for at least half an hour, since the pamphlet that came with the medication warns of dire consequences if I do. So no sleep for at least 45 minutes, if I can get to sleep then. ::whimper::
I'm likely to be really cranky today. You have been warned.
