Question: Is it very weird of me to consider stirring some nice crispy bacon into the chocolate chip cookie dough?

Oh, that wouldn't stop me! But I know I'm not very good at figuring out what's weird and what isn't, so I like to ask for expert opinion on the subject.

I don't think so, but then again, I've shaken powdered garlic into a glass of Coca-Cola. I'd go on, but then we'd just continue the conversation we started in [livejournal.com profile] musesfool's comments.

Are you suggesting that Garlic Coke would be Xander's favorite beverage choice on Deep Space Nine?

A friend of mine claims that garlic-salted Peeps are delicious, but I'm not fond enough of Peeps to try it.

Yes :)

You know, I never realized how much Odo looks like a slightly watered-down cola..

I'm going to have to try that. You could try plain marshmallows, if you like them...

I actually didn't use food stamps until after I made this post. But yes, food stamps work just fine!

Hope you have a great trip this weekend!

Yes.

But Homer would approve.

"Move over eggs! Bacon's got a new best friend! Chocolate Bacon!"

Hmmm... I'm not sure I have that quote right, but I think that's how it went...

Heh. It's so good to have the approval of the highest authorities.

I don't know. Bacon wouldn't go well with... hmm, that could work. But then there's... no, that sounds kinda good too. Huh. You may be right, Homer!

/un cannot respond as he is in a beer/bacon coma

Don't do it. My sister did it to me once when I was a kid (she made a 'special batch' just for me and tricked me into eating it) and it's really vile.

Do you think chocolate chip cookies with bacon could be improved by the addition of pecans and dried cranberries? 'Cos that's pretty much the recipe I intend to try tomorrow.
