Definite improvement.
Today not only did I not run from the telephone, I managed to make two phone calls.
Okay, for most of you that isn't significant, but for someone who's been phone-phobic for two months it's progress.
For my next trick, I'll try having an intelligent conversation.

it was a good day all around, i think.
