You ever have those days when you find yourself thinking deep, Deep Thoughts you aren't sure you can share with others, thoughts that could too easily be misunderstood without more explanation than you feel comfortable giving? This was not one of those days. This was one of those days when my thoughts were more like, "Hey, that guy reminds me of this other guy I know. Which one is cuter? How to decide? And should I do another load of laundry or can it wait till tomorrow? Maybe I should go buy more toilet paper. And chocolate. Were macadamia nuts on sale this week or was that last week? Do I want macadamia nuts badly enough to pay actual money for them today?" Truly, these are the important questions pressing themselves on my mind.

It was a good day for resting, basically. I did some laundry and bought some TP, but mostly I've been napping or listening to music. The Jeff Black albums Honey and Salt and (the somewhat amusingly named) B-Sides and Confessions Volume One have been my aural comfort food for the day.

So, my apologies once again to anyone hoping for some thoughtful entry from me. I'm going to go to bed soon in the hopes that the extra hour for sleeping will help me feel better tomorrow. In the meantime,

actually,i like the fact that sometimes you post simple everyday things. i admire you for how you cope with your pain and your od inspires me. i think it's nice to have a mix. er, i meant your lj...i'm on od sometimes too!
