One of the things I most despise about applying for government benefits is the way it makes me feel like a 6-year-old, trying to follow all the directions perfectly so I can get a lollipop. So far either I haven't been able to follow all the instructions or the grownups have lost my work and I have had to do it all over again. Wah! It's not fair!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I am 32 years old and I need that damn lollipop.
