Yikes.
So as I was finishing my grocery shopping, a few of us were saying to each other that it smelled like there was a paper fire or something near the deli department.
By the time I'd walked half a block from the Safeway, there were at least five fire trucks in front of the store along with police cars & an ambulance. I haven't heard anything about it on the radio & thus have no idea how serious it actually turned out to be, but I expect to be a little hypersensitive to potentially smoky odors for a while.
