Writer's Block: What if calories didn't count?
[Error: unknown template qotd]
No, calories alone don't matter to me. However, if the genie made it clear that the fat, carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, and mineral content of the food that day wouldn't affect my energy, moods, pain levels, or cognitive skills, I might have hot-fudge sundaes for all my meals.

this one seems sort of trivial

I react so negatively to carbohydrates, especially sugar, but if there was one day when I could eat whatever I wanted and not have any negative effects I would eat lots of newly baked bread and fruit and ice-cream.
Especially everything containing wheat or flour, because that really hurts my stomach. :(
I would, of course, just eat things of the highest quality. I wouldn't just eat any bread there was, but newly fresh baked bread straight from the oven. With butter and cheese that would melt... And orange marmalade and cheese over it, the way my grandma made it...
*sighs*
