In case it proves to be important

There's a painful lump under my left arm, one that suddenly began to hurt yesterday and swelled up this morning. So if anybody wonders where the aliens are coming from as they start taking over the earth: Search the armpits, people! THE ARMPITS!!!

Alternatively, the new lump could be a bug bite or a swollen lymph node from one of the various infections I've been fighting this month. The alien theory is more entertaining, though.

(On the plus side, at least I didn't have a killer migraine today. Nope, Friday night & Saturday were the times for the killer migraine. Today it's the reign of the alien armpit.)

A boil. Possibly an alien boil from the latest Venusian probe when the mothership dropped by, but still, boil. Hot compress and many re-runs of Star Trek should sort it *nods*

Definitely node.

Keep an eye on it. Doctor visit if you start a high fever.

At least with an alien hatching from your armpit, you have someone to talk to.

::hugs:: Get better soon.

Hope it's nothing serious!

ACK! Not fun!
I had a cyst behind my ear act up. At least the doctor called it a cyst. I think it was an alien pod.

a swollen lymph node
More than likely. But keep an eye on it (that thought makes for an interesting visual).
Those aliens can be a tricky bunch.
