Not much of an update
Been sleep-deprived and achy in the heat, so I haven't been up to doing much for the past few days. I haven't read LJ or Dw since... hmm, it may have been Saturday morning [Edit: No, it can't have been later than Friday]. So it'll be a while before I can catch up, if I do. I may not be saying much, but I don't love you any less!
In good news, I have a small window air conditioner in my room now. It's going to raise electricity costs more than I really want to pay; but if the rest of the summer is going to be as bad as June, some kind of cooling is a medical necessity.
In other good news, I hope to be able to make it to a farmers market today. Of course it'll be about a hundred degrees Fahrenheit with chance of thunderstorms, but farmers today should have cherries, cherry tomatoes, apricots, plums, blackberries, and other good things. I might have to economize this summer (especially since Metro is raising fares by some ridiculous amount), but I'm not giving up fresh cherry tomatoes.

And oh my, cherry tomatoes. And plums. *drool*
Have fun of you end up going today!

Mother Nature seriously needs to ease up on us. June is not supposed to be this hot! Save it for late July!

I didn't get any plums today. No cherries, either, though I seriously considered them.
