Grarghle!

After several days of oogieness and a morning which lasted well into the afternoon (breakfast ended a little before 3 p.m.), I finally poked and prodded myself into doing something I'd intended to do last week--and now, of course, (it could have been predicted) the person whose help I need with this is utterly unavailable.

::sigh::

At least I managed to get out of the house yesterday--walked 2.5 miles in pouring rain. It was lovely! Now, am at one of those stages of semi-consciousness where you're hearing things that aren't there but at least you know they're not there, and I'm not sure if this is because of the migraine medication, continued oogieness, or simple exhaustion. In any event, this is not one of my more productive days.

Um, was it wise to walk in the rain if you're feeling "oogie"?

(A) I'd improved greatly and was feeling much better yesterday--no vomiting!
(B) If I waited till I felt good before I did anything, I'd never get anything done.
(C) There really weren't any good alternatives.

It's okay, I had once had a migraine that lasted for years. The latest migraine+whatever else is going on hasn't been much fun, but it's survivable (and most likely short-term :-)). After three days of not leaving the house at all, I knew it was time to get out into the wild world for a little bit.
