For the record
Though I've fairly frequently mentioned chocolate in recent posts, I haven't been in the mood for it lately. Strangely, I've been craving sweet foods which are not chocolate-related, while I'm usually pretty indifferent to non-chocolate sweets but have been known to munch on unsweetened chocolate to get my fix.
Anybody know if there's some hideous malady wherein the sufferer stops wanting to eat chocolate? I'm a little bit scared.

Rick calls me 'picky' but that's not true. I just prefer some foods over others at different times. My tastes change from moment to moment. It's not that I stop liking foods... I just stop wanting them. I always want them again some other time.
I'm sure this is, at least partly, a result of the tweaking Dom did to my body. One of his ideas of an 'improvement', kind of like rewiring my brain so I can think more like a man. Ah well. Such is life.

Oh, I don't think that not-wanting chocolate is a malady in itself, but I do find it somewhat suspicious that this happens to me when I'm feeling physically icky anyway. If the chocolate thing is some kind of clue as to what's gone wrong with my body lately (as opposed to what's been wrong with my body for the last 15 years or so), then I want to know what change in my body chemistry this might have to do with.
Plus, not wanting chocolate every day, but wanting other sweet things? Just weird. And come to think of it, after seeing my last blood glucose results, I'd be better off craving unsweetened chocolate than anything sweet anyway.
Don't mind me, I'm just looking for clues. :-)

Anyway, there is actual useful information in my original comment. I didn't whack you over the head with it... more like I tucked it into a hidden pocket of some old sentimental thing and left it lying around for you to find on your own. I'd be more direct, but I can't.
Hmmm.
Nope. Can't.
